Watching Jon Stewart talk to Mike Huckabee on The Daily Show just now only reinforces my respect for the man. Not only do I agree with him on most things political, but it's the way he argues his points, and not the scripted joke setups. He was talking to Huckabee about the latter's book and about gay marriage, and here's what I saw: Stewart never loses his cool; he never gets frustrated. He will make logical points and force someone else to back themselves into a corner and make so much sense you can't really argue with him. It's...why I love the show and why he should really be a more prominent figure in politics.
